Adding a few details and specifics about the property provides information for a script, and REHS produces a voice over narrated video slide show ready to distribute in about 48 hours.

The technology and skill to create this kind of real estate video tour is not the most innovative part of this marketing service. (Almost anyone can do this with free software, a microphone, and an Internet connection.) What is unique to ExplicitMedia's offering is a well developed distribution platform, which includes the opportunity to distribute video tours to millions of potential buyers via partnerships with major satellite and cable companies (for an additional charge.)
It will be interesting to see how The Real Estate Home Show will progress their technology development in 2007 and beyond. For now, this is a good example of early stage New Home Marketing 2.0 services, and the direction of house marketing to come.
